Local Orders
We have a 7 days exchange policy which means you have to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order to request an exchange. Eligibility for Exchange
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note: There is no exchange on stitched items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

International Orders
We do not have an exchange or return policy for international orders. However, if any incorrect or damaged item is delivered you can contact our customer care team for help.
A fresh item will be sent after necessary investigation of the claim. If Item/size is not available a full amount of store credit or refund will be offered to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns unless the customer has received a damaged product. Colors may vary from shoot and minor variations will not be considered as manufacturing defect.
Refunds
LA ELISE does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled anytime by customer before order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped and you received confirmation from our side via email/ SMS or the order has been delivered our exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
LA ELISE holds the authority to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
2 CHECKOUT (PAYPAL, AMEX, DISCOVER) RETURNS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at support@laeliseonline.com and provide us order number and clear images of the delivered article. LA ELISE and 2Checkout holds the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is not provided.
Orders dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled or edited.
In case there is any quality issue identified while dispatching the order, LA ELISE will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order.
If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, LA ELISE is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. LA ELISE is not liable to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the Parcel.
AUTHENTICITY
We do not take responsibility of any items purchased from unauthorized dealers or individuals.
