Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your email preferences, be part of our loyalty scheme and get early access to exclusive sale offers and events.
What if the product color is different from the picture?
We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.
Which payment methods are available?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card payment options to our customers.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order at any time within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Why was my order cancelled?
La Elise reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
How long does it takes to dispatch the order?
We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” or “Stitched” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.
What about orders placed on pre-booking or restock?
Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.
Which courier do you use to ship your orders?
We use PostEx as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan and DHL as our primary courier for international orders.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment. Once your order is dispatched, it takes 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in the world. Delivery times can vary depending on the country and city of the consignee.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?
Custom laws vary country to country, so you may be required to pay customs and/or excise duties or other taxes upon delivery in your country. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs Department in your country whether they charge any such duties or taxes on your order. La Elise does not collect any such duty on behalf of any authority and may not be held liable or responsible for any such charges.
What happens if I am not home and I miss delivery?
The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us. You can also track your order in these ways:

Do you offer exchanges?
We have a 7 days exchange policy which means you have to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order to request an exchange. Do you offer returns/refunds?
We do not offer returns unless the customer has received a damaged product. Colors may vary from shoot and minor variations will not be considered as manufacturing defect.
